Our first PTA Working Session will be this Thursday in the Media Center at 3pm.  Everyone is invited to attend - especially if you see something on the agenda that interests you!

Committees : We need to vote in our committee heads this year.  Note, each committee head is considered part of the PTA board and can vote on all decisions until the end of the year. After he vote, each committee will give a brief update on their upcoming work

  • Teacher & Staff Appreciation: Nicole Varnado

  • Fundraising: Co-Chairs Katherine Woodell and Mark Wooddell (Last year we decided dine-out and T-Shirt Sales are subcommittees of these. Is Dorothy OK being dine-out coordinator?)

  • Grounds: Spencer McKinstry – are you going to have a co-chair? (See separate email – 4 people indicated interest in helping. Are we doing a grounds day in September?  With Watts St Baptist church?)

  • Communications: Laura Zasoski (See separate email – 2 other parents have indicated interest in helping)
