We are so grateful to those of you who have given toward our Annual Fund this week! In our first week, our Watts community has given $12,500 — that’s 31% of our $40,000 goal!
As you know, this is a big year for Watts PTA — we’ve got more students (almost 400, up from 350 last year) and we are also growing our Backpack Buddies program to make sure we can send weekend food bags home to any student experiencing food insecurity.
Give to the Annual Fund and you’ll help the PTA fund opportunities that will support our growing school community throughout the year, including classroom supplies, afterschool clubs, field trips, family events, and Backpack Buddies, which sends weekend meals home with students facing food insecurity.
